Built for commuters
Cudlee Creek Gym: 12 Minutes, Then Done Before Work
Cudlee Creek gym searches usually mean one thing: you want somewhere to train that fits around the commute, and House of Hybrid in Lobethal is about twelve minutes away.
Plenty of our members drive to town for work. The 5am and 6am coached classes exist for exactly that rhythm: train hard for an hour, shower, and be on the road while the gorge is still quiet.
It is real strength and conditioning with a coach on the floor, not a circuit in a hall.

The before-work window, done properly
A coached 5am class removes every decision. The program is on the board, the coach runs the hour, and you are out the door by six with strength and conditioning both trained.
Training early also means the day cannot steal your session. Meetings run late; the 5am already happened.
One hour, both halves of fitness
Each class pairs barbell strength work with an engine piece: intervals, carries, sled, bike. Over a week the sessions are sequenced so they add up instead of colliding.
Kurt, Katy and Trey coach every class. Your squat gets fixed, your pacing gets set, and your progress gets noticed.

Good questions
Can I really train at 5am and make the city by 8?
Members do it daily. Class runs an hour, we are twelve minutes from Cudlee Creek, and you choose which side of the shower you do at home.
What if mornings are not my thing?
The 5:15pm classes Monday to Thursday catch you on the way home, and the 9:15am works if your hours are flexible. Saturday SEND IT at 7:45am rounds out the week.
Do I need to be fit before joining a class?
No. The coach scales every piece to you on the day. Fitness is the output of showing up, not the entry fee.
How do I try it?
The 7-day free trial gets you unlimited classes and an intro consult with a coach, no card up front. Book it on the memberships page.
