Conditioning that compounds

HIIT Classes in the Adelaide Hills, Coached Properly

HIIT classes in the Adelaide Hills usually mean a rented hall and a stopwatch. Ours are different: intervals programmed into a proper strength and conditioning week, run by a coach on a real gym floor.

High-intensity work is a tool, not a personality. We use it where it belongs: conditioning pieces that build your engine without wrecking your joints or your week.

If you want to breathe hard, sweat, and actually get fitter month over month, this is that.

What HIIT looks like inside our classes

Our core S&C class pairs a strength focus with a conditioning piece. The conditioning is where the high-intensity work lives: intervals on the bike and rower, mixed-modal circuits, carries, sled work, all on the clock.

Because it sits inside a programmed week, Monday’s intervals know what Friday is doing. You get the intensity without the random smashing that leaves people injured or bored by week six.

Intensity that meets you where you are

Every interval has a scaling option. The coach sets the target effort, not a leaderboard, so a first-timer and a seasoned athlete can do the same session side by side and both finish worked.

Saturday’s SEND IT session at 7:45am is the highest-energy hour of the week. If you like finishing the week with a big group effort, start there.

Good questions

Is HIIT safe if I am unfit or coming back from a break?

Yes, because the coach scales it. You work at your intensity, not someone else’s. The fittest and newest people in the room do the same piece at different speeds and loads.

How often should I do high-intensity sessions?

Two or three properly programmed sessions a week beats five random ones. Our weekly programming balances intensity with strength work and easier days so you recover and improve.

Do you run standalone HIIT-only classes?

Conditioning is built into every S&C class rather than run as a separate bootcamp. You get interval work plus strength in the same hour, which is more useful than intervals alone.
