Train with the room
Group Fitness Classes in the Adelaide Hills
Group fitness classes in the Adelaide Hills tend to be either a mirror-wall aerobics room or a paint-by-numbers circuit. Ours are a coached strength and conditioning session you do with the same faces every week.
Training alone in a big-box gym takes discipline nobody has at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. A class time you have booked, a coach expecting you, and a crew who notice when you skip: that is the machinery that keeps people showing up.
The fitness follows the showing up. It always has.

What a week of classes looks like
Every class runs off our program, which moves between three tracks. Hybrid pairs lifting and engine work in one session. Strength is programmed barbell work: squat, press, deadlift and the accessories around them. Condition is intervals, carries and mixed pieces that build your capacity.
Weekdays we run 5am, 6am and 9:15am classes, with 5:15pm Monday to Thursday. Saturday at 7:45am is SEND IT, the loudest hour of the week and the one people plan their Friday nights around.
You book a spot, walk in, and the coach takes it from there. No programming homework, no guessing.
Why a coached group beats going it alone
A coach watches every rep, so you lift properly and progress instead of plateauing. The group sets a pace you would never hit solo, and nobody is performing for a mirror.
It is also, frankly, more fun. Tradies, parents, teachers, farmers: people from all over the Hills who turn a workout into the social hour of their day.

Good questions
Do I have to book into classes?
Yes, members book through our app so the coach knows who is coming. It takes two taps and keeps class sizes sensible.
What if I am much less fit than everyone else?
The coach scales every piece to you. The person next to you might be lifting double or half your weight, and nobody minds either way.
Can I mix mornings and evenings?
Absolutely. Come at 5am one day and 5:15pm the next. Your membership covers any class on the timetable.
How do I try a class?
Start the 7-day free trial. Unlimited classes for a week plus an intro consult with a coach, no card up front.
