Mount Pleasant Gym Options From the Barossa Edge

Mount Pleasant gym searching from the top of the Hills usually ends one of two ways: settle for whatever is nearest, or drive about twenty minutes to Lobethal for coached classes at House of Hybrid.

We would argue for the second. Every class here is programmed and coached, the strength work is real barbell training, and the conditioning builds an engine you will feel on the farm, at work, everywhere.

For people further out, our flexible passes mean you pay for the training you actually use.

Flexible ways in for people further out

The $250 10-PACK is the Mount Pleasant special: ten coached classes, used whenever suits, no weekly clock ticking. Stack your training on town-run days and nothing goes to waste.

If you find yourself down our way most days, ALL IN at $49.95 a week for unlimited classes and open gym becomes the better deal. Plenty of members graduate from one to the other.

What you are driving for

Coached classes at 5am, 6am, 9:15am weekdays, 5:15pm Monday to Thursday, and Saturday SEND IT at 7:45am. A coach teaches and watches every lift, and the programming is sequenced across the week.

The result is strength and conditioning that compound month over month, in a room of Hills locals who will notice if you stop showing up. That accountability is half the product.

Good questions

Twenty minutes each way is a commitment. How do people make it stick?

They anchor it: same days, same class, often paired with errands down the hill. The 10-pack means unpredictable weeks cost you nothing.

Do you get many members from the Mount Pleasant side?

Members come from across the Hills, from Birdwood and Mount Torrens up through the valley. You will not be the only one making a proper drive.

What if I have never done barbell training?

Perfect starting point. The coach teaches every lift from scratch and scales loads to you. Most members started with zero barbell history.

What is the cheapest way to test it?

Free. The 7-day trial gives you unlimited classes and an intro consult with a coach, no card up front. Then pick the pass that fits your driving distance.
