What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, for a free trial, an enquiry, or a consult, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Any message you choose to send

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit:

• Anonymous click events on calls-to-action (used to understand which content drives sign-ups)
• A short-lived session identifier (kept only in your browser's session storage)
• Your country (from your IP address, we do not store full IP)
• Your browser type (user-agent string)
• Referring website, if any

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or book your free trial session
• To understand which channels and content drive trials and memberships (for the purpose of our internal reporting and our marketing partner agreement)
• To improve the site and the service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising on the site.

Where we store it

Your information is stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare (D1 and KV). Cloudflare is a US-based provider with global edge servers, including in Australia. By using this site you consent to the transfer of your information to and storage on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and enquiry records for as long as is reasonably needed to follow up with you and to maintain accurate business records (typically up to 7 years as required by Australian record-keeping obligations). Anonymous click-tracking events are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
• Ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records)
• Make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's session storage to remember a short-lived, anonymous session identifier so we can attribute your interactions while you're visiting. This identifier is destroyed when you close the tab. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
