The House Crown
The crown is not just a logo. Once a year the whole gym turns out, pairs up, and competes for it. One House Mate finishes the day wearing the real thing.
The House Crown is the biggest day on our calendar. It runs in teams of two, across a full day of scored events, and finishes with prizes and a crown that gets handed over in front of everyone.
It is not an elite competition. It is built so that whoever you are and however long you have been training, you have a partner beside you and a job to do. The pair who finish last in one event usually win the next one. That is the point.
Grab someone and enter as a two. If you have been thinking about starting, this is the day to come and see what the place is actually like, so come and watch even if you are not competing.
